Welcome to ZWalle! The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to ZWalle. ZWalle operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the "Services").

ZWalle is powered by Shopify technology, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

ZWalle reserves the right to accept or refuse your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order will not be accepted until ZWalle confirms acceptance.

We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as ZWalle may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted.

If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Purchases are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our written consent.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ZWalle.

ZWalle's names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ZWalle or its licensors. Shopify's name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or endorsements. Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk. We may also introduce new services or features in the future, which will also be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for reviewing or evaluating the accuracy or content of third-party materials. If you access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for damages related to purchases or interactions with third-party websites.

ZWalle is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, any purchases made through the store are made directly with ZWalle, not Shopify. By using the Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and ZWalle.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without notice.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions in force in the consumer's country of residence shall also apply and cannot be excluded by contractual agreement.

Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting updates on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 26 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, by email to supportzwalle@gmail.com) before the 14-day period expires.

In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include, among others: customized products, sealed products for health or hygiene reasons that have been opened after delivery, and digital content provided on a non-tangible medium where supply has begun with the consumer's prior consent.
